District in the General Assembly for 30 years with honor and distinction before
retiring in 2009.

December 15, 2009 - Senator Alloway introduces Secretary of
Agriculture nominee Russell Redding at a hearing of the Senate Agriculture and
Rural Affairs Committee. The committee voted unanimously to send his nomination
to the Senate floor with a favorable recommendation, and he was confirmed by the
Senate the next day.

presentation from the Bridge Educational Foundation for Motorola Scholarships
for families in Adams County. The funding was made possible through the PA
Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.
